António Dulcídio was born in Portugal. He began his career in painting as an autodidact and later studied Art in the National Society of Fine Arts. He is the founder and President of the Galeria Aberta - Artists Association. He lives in Carcavelos, Portugal. He is the manager of galeriaaberta.org, galeriaaberta.com, and galeriaaberta.ning.com.
