"Pictorial Illusion" by Antonio Dulcídio is an exhibition that came across the last four years of the artist paintings, from the figurative series of "macros" to the abstract series "Notes Loose." In macros serial the artist plays with intense and phosphorescent colors without being aggressive to the viewer. Macros in the depths, had the creativity to put it with another meaning, the deep oceans, something mystical, whence come with living beings, transparent and filled with some hues of incredible beauty, moving and dancing in various directions. More recent "Moments" serial is a wake-up call for flagship issues that plague our society: hunger, natural disasters, repression, loneliness, etc. Finally, the abstract appears as a deeper search of the interior color of Antonio Dulcídio.
